The intimate 80-seat restaurant and lounge in Vancouver at Loden, led by locally lauded Executive Chef Marc-André Choquette, will offer sophisticated food, spectacularly chic décor, a private dining room with seating for 18 and a street-side lounge. An ice-blue room centre-lit by three sparkling crystal chandeliers evokes the sophisticated eateries of the '40s, rich with chocolate-hued upholstery, boldly patterned screens, oversized mirrors and sleek white lacquered tables.
Allow your senses to be taken on a journey by Chef Choquette at Voya (derived from "voyage"). His classical training as a French-Asian cuisine specialist and his outstanding work at the award-winning Lumiere restaurant will culminate at Voya into a variety of creatively executed dishes with a focus on natural selections, which are seasonally appropriate.
Voya Restaurant & Bar in Vancouver at Loden will be a member of the Green Table and Ocean Wise sustainable programs and will proudly be offering patrons an alternative to bottled water through its on-premise filtered water system.
